Program Notes & Requirements

The rebate application form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with all required documentation within 180 days of completion of installation. If requested, you must allow Duquesne Light or PUC representatives access to your premises to verify installation of the energy efficiency equipment you are requesting a rebate for. New construction qualifies at $0.06 per kWh saved. The kWh savings is estimated by comparing the installed lights and HVAC equipment against the code minimum baseline that is
